I’m Gary, and Taquitos is my way of bringing the real flavours of Mexico to Belfast. After cooking across Belfast, the US and Mexico, I fell in love with proper street food, handmade tortillas, slow-cooked meats and bold, soulful sauces. What started as my little food truck is now your place for honest, vibrant Mexican comfort food… fast, flavourful and made with corazón.
